Best DCV performance reaches 11 ppm (1-year), while ACV provides 0.019%-class uncertainty at 100 V, 45 Hz–1 kHz, with extended-band sine capability to 2 MHz for special tests. Dual outputs support power, phase (0.01° resolution) and harmonics, and robust reverse-power protection improves survivability. Standard GPIB/RS-232 and a 10 MHz reference ease automation and system tie-in; oscilloscope options extend coverage to 600 MHz/1.1 GHz, and the 52120A amplifier enables high-current clamp workloads.
